Cooking Instructions: Thaw in refrigerator overnight. Season and use as you would conventional ground chicken or pork in any recipe. Cook as you would lean meat until hot all the way through - internal temperature 160°F. For patties, medallions, or cutlets, bake or cook on a preheated oiled nonstick pan or grill at high heat. Cook approx. 1/3 less time than conventional chicken or pork. Avoid overcooking. For all uses, season to taste. Refreeze at any stage of preparation.
I mix dried rosemary with Hungry Planet Pork, then shape it like pork chops, and pan fry it with a little oil on high heat for a few minutes per side. Then I serve it with a red cabbage slaw. It's simply divine.
